The Poly EncorePro 520D Binaural Digital Headset with Quick Disconnect (783P5AA) is a professional wired headset designed for contact centers and business users who require dependable voice communication and practical call-management controls. Its binaural on-ear configuration provides stereo audio while helping users concentrate on conversations in busy office and contact center environments.
The headset uses a 30mm speaker with a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth for clear business audio. The noise-canceling microphone supports a 20Hz–16kHz bandwidth and is designed to reduce background noise during calls, helping users communicate clearly in shared or high-activity workspaces.
The flexible microphone boom rotates through 290° and measures approximately 135mm. This allows users to position the microphone conveniently while supporting consistent voice pickup. The microphone provides a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 50dB.
Quick Disconnect (QD) connectivity enables the EncorePro 520D to connect with compatible PCs and Poly QD equipment. QD also provides convenient workstation mobility, allowing users to disconnect from compatible equipment without removing the headset.
