The Poly EncorePro 530 Lightweight Monaural Headset with Quick Disconnect (783P3AA) is a professional corded headset designed for contact centers and other telephone-intensive environments. It combines a lightweight 22g design with a noise-canceling microphone, wideband voice audio and SoundGuard acoustic protection to support comfortable and reliable communication throughout the working day.
The monaural in-ear design allows users to hear call audio while maintaining awareness of their surrounding environment. The lightweight construction is suited to extended periods of use, while the soft foam ear cushion provides additional comfort during long shifts.
The headset incorporates a noise-canceling microphone designed to reduce background noise and interference, helping improve voice clarity in busy contact center environments. The flexible boom rotates up to 290° and includes visual and tactile positioning guides to help users establish the correct microphone position.
The EncorePro 530 provides voice-optimized audio with a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth and 20Hz–16kHz microphone bandwidth. The headset also provides a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 50dB for clear business communications.
SoundGuard acoustic protection provides an additional layer of hearing protection by limiting sound levels below 118 dBA. This acoustic limiting technology is particularly useful in contact center environments where employees may spend many hours listening and speaking through a headset.
Quick Disconnect (QD) technology provides convenient connectivity with compatible Poly QD adapters, audio processors and direct-connect cables. Users can disconnect from their workstation while keeping the headset in place, making it convenient to step away from a desk without removing the headset.
The EncorePro 530 is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS when used with a compatible QD connection or adapter. It is intended for use with PCs and compatible desk-phone environments through the appropriate Poly connection hardware.
The headset has a black finish, measures approximately 11.1 × 14.9 × 6.7cm and weighs just 22g. It includes an approximately 890mm cable and is supplied as a headset-only package.
