The Poly Voyager 4320-M is a professional stereo wireless headset designed for Microsoft Teams communication, business calls, online meetings and hybrid working. The 77Z00AA configuration combines the Voyager 4320-M headset with a BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter and desktop charging stand.
As a Microsoft Teams Certified headset, the Voyager 4320-M is designed for professional Teams environments. The dedicated Microsoft Teams functionality provides convenient access to collaboration features while the wireless design allows users to move freely around the workplace.
The included BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter provides wireless PC connectivity, while Bluetooth connectivity also allows the headset to be used with compatible smartphones and other supported devices. The headset supports up to two paired devices.
With up to 50 metres / 164 feet of wireless range, users can move away from their workstation while maintaining a wireless connection. With the included charging stand, the headset can be conveniently docked and recharged between calls.
The rechargeable battery provides up to 24 hours of talk time with the online indicator switched off. Battery performance is up to 18 hours of talk time with the online indicator enabled, up to 47 hours of music playback and up to 50 days of standby time.
The Voyager 4320-M incorporates Acoustic Fence technology with a dual-microphone system to help reduce background noise during calls. This makes it suitable for open offices, shared workspaces and home-office environments.
The stereo on-ear design uses 32mm speakers with a 20Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth, providing audio suitable for business calls, video meetings and multimedia playback.
An integrated on-call indicator flashes on the ear cup when the user is on a call, giving nearby colleagues a visual indication that the user is busy.
The headset can also operate in corded USB audio mode, providing an alternative to wireless operation and helping conserve battery power when required.
SoundGuard Digital acoustic protection provides additional protection against excessive audio levels. The Voyager 4320-M also supports Poly Lens management software for supported device-management environments.
