The Poly Voyager 4320 UC is a professional stereo wireless headset designed for business communication, hybrid working, office environments and everyday collaboration. The 77Y99AA configuration includes the Voyager 4320 UC headset, BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter, desktop charging stand, USB Type-A charging cable and travel pouch.
The included BT700 USB-A adapter provides convenient Bluetooth connectivity to compatible PCs, while the headset can also connect directly to smartphones and other compatible Bluetooth devices. Bluetooth 5.1 and support for A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP profiles provide flexible connectivity for voice calls and multimedia.
The Voyager 4320 UC provides up to 50 metres / 164 feet of wireless range, allowing users to move away from their workstation while maintaining a wireless connection. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 24 hours of talk time with the online indicator switched off.
Battery performance can reach up to 18 hours of talk time with the online indicator enabled, up to 47 hours of music playback and up to 50 days of standby time. The included desktop charging stand provides a convenient place to store and recharge the headset between calls.
The headset incorporates Acoustic Fence technology to help reduce unwanted background noise during conversations. This makes it suitable for open offices, shared workspaces and home-office environments where ambient noise can affect call quality.
The stereo on-ear design uses 32mm speakers with a 20Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth, providing audio suitable for business calls, online meetings and multimedia playback.
An integrated on-call indicator flashes on the ear cup when the user is on a call, providing a visual indication to people nearby that the user is busy.
The Voyager 4320 UC can also operate in corded USB audio mode, providing an alternative to wireless operation and helping extend battery availability when required.
SoundGuard Digital acoustic protection technology helps protect users from excessive audio levels. The headset supports Windows 11, Windows 10, macOS, Android and iOS devices and can be managed through Poly Lens.
