The Poly EncorePro 520 Binaural Headset with Quick Disconnect (783P7AA) is a professional corded headset designed for contact centers, customer service departments, help desks and other telephone-intensive environments. It combines a lightweight 74g binaural design with stereo audio, a noise-canceling microphone and SoundGuard acoustic protection for dependable communication throughout the working day.

The binaural on-ear configuration provides stereo audio and helps users concentrate on conversations by providing sound to both ears. The lightweight construction and foam-padded ear cushions are designed for comfortable extended use during long shifts and high call volumes.

The headset uses a 30mm speaker with a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth, providing voice-optimized audio for business communications. The noise-canceling microphone supports a 20Hz–16kHz bandwidth and is designed to reduce background noise and interference, helping improve voice clarity for callers.

The flexible microphone boom measures approximately 135mm and rotates through 290°. Visual and tactile positioning guides help users position the microphone correctly for consistent voice pickup. The microphone provides a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 50dB.

Quick Disconnect (QD) connectivity allows the EncorePro 520 to work with compatible Poly QD adapters and provides convenient workstation mobility. Users can disconnect from compatible equipment with a click while keeping the headset on, which is particularly useful when contact center employees need to move away from their desks during a shift.

SoundGuard acoustic protection helps protect against acoustic shock by limiting sound levels below 118 dBA. This makes the headset well suited to environments where employees spend many hours communicating through a headset.

The EncorePro 520 has a black finish, measures approximately 11.1 × 14.9 × 6.7cm and weighs approximately 74g. Its 78.5cm cable provides a practical connection length for workstation use.
