The Poly EncorePro 520V Binaural VoiceTube Headset with Quick Disconnect (783P9AA) is a professional corded headset designed for contact centers, customer service teams, help desks and other communication-intensive business environments. Its binaural on-ear configuration provides audio to both ears, helping users concentrate on conversations while working in busy office and contact center environments.
The EncorePro 520V uses a VoiceTube microphone design that provides clear voice communication while incorporating visual and tactile cues to assist with optimal microphone boom positioning. The microphone provides a 20Hz–16kHz bandwidth, while the headset’s voice-optimized audio performance is designed for clear business conversations.
The headset features a 30mm speaker with a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth. The microphone has a sensitivity of -40 ±3dB and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 50dB, supporting clear voice transmission in professional communication environments.
The microphone boom measures approximately 135mm and rotates through 290°, allowing users to position it conveniently. The VoiceTube design helps direct voice pickup toward the microphone while supporting a practical and consistent microphone position.
Quick Disconnect (QD) connectivity provides compatibility with PCs through compatible QD equipment and allows users to disconnect quickly from their workstation without taking the headset off.
