The Poly EncorePro 510 Monaural Headset with Quick Disconnect (783Q2AA) is a professional corded headset designed for contact centers, customer service departments, help desks and other telephone-intensive environments. Its monaural on-ear configuration provides focused call audio while allowing users to maintain awareness of their surroundings.

The EncorePro 510 combines a lightweight 52g design with a foam-padded ear cushion for comfortable extended use. The monaural configuration is particularly useful for contact center employees who need to communicate with callers while remaining aware of nearby colleagues and workplace activity.

The headset features a noise-canceling microphone designed to reduce unwanted background noise and improve voice clarity during calls. The microphone provides a 20Hz–16kHz bandwidth, while the microphone frequency response is specified at 150Hz–6.8kHz. Its boom rotates through 290°, allowing convenient positioning for different users.

A 30mm speaker delivers a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth for voice-optimized business audio. The headset provides a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 50dB, supporting clear communication in contact center and office environments.

Quick Disconnect (QD) connectivity provides compatibility with PCs through compatible QD equipment and supports connection to appropriate desk-phone environments.
