The Poly EncorePro 510V is a professional monoaural headset designed for contact centers, customer service teams and business communication environments. The 783Q4AA combines clear voice communication, a detachable VoiceTube microphone, Quick Disconnect connectivity and acoustic protection in a lightweight 52g design.
The VoiceTube microphone is designed to provide clear voice delivery without distraction. The transparent voice tube is detachable, making it easy to clean or replace when required. The 135mm boom microphone rotates through 290°, allowing users to position it accurately.
The headset uses a noise-canceling microphone with a 20Hz–16kHz microphone bandwidth, while its 30mm speaker provides a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth optimized for professional voice communications.
Poly Quick Disconnect (QD) technology enables users to quickly disconnect from their workstation without removing the headset. The QD connection is compatible with Poly QD adapters, providing flexibility for different communication and PC configurations.
