APC Smart-UPS SRTG20KXLI 20kVA/20kW Online Rack/Tower UPS with Network Management

The APC Smart-UPS SRTG20KXLI is a high-performance online UPS engineered to deliver continuous power protection and advanced management capabilities for mission-critical environments. Designed for IT professionals and network administrators, it provides dependable backup power for servers, storage systems, networking equipment, virtualization platforms, and hyperconverged infrastructure deployments.

With a power capacity of 20kVA/20kW, the UPS supplies pure sine wave output suitable for sensitive electronic equipment that requires stable and high-quality power. Its online topology continuously conditions incoming utility power, protecting connected devices against outages, voltage fluctuations, surges, and other electrical disturbances.

The SRTG20KXLI supports extended runtime operation, making it ideal for applications where maintaining uptime is essential during prolonged utility failures. Its rack/tower convertible form factor offers deployment flexibility for data centers, server rooms, electrical rooms, and edge computing installations.

The UPS supports both single-phase and three-phase power environments, featuring hard-wire 3-wire (1P+N+E) and hard-wire 5-wire (3P+N+E) input connections, along with corresponding 3-wire (1P+N+E) and 5-wire (3P+N+E) output connections. It accommodates operating voltages of 230V and 380V to 415V, enabling flexible integration into diverse electrical infrastructures.

For advanced monitoring and administration, the SRTG20KXLI includes an embedded Network Management Card, allowing network-based UPS monitoring and management. It also includes PowerChute Network Shutdown, which enables graceful unattended shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and hyperconverged infrastructure clusters to help preserve data integrity during extended outages.

The UPS can integrate with EcoStruxure IT and third-party centralized management platforms, providing enhanced visibility and control over distributed power environments.

The SRTG20KXLI is backed by a 3-year UPS warranty, while the built-in lead-acid battery is covered by a 2-year warranty. For rack installations, the UPS is compatible with the optional SRTGRK1 rail kit, which is sold separately.
