The Poly Voyager 4310 UC is a professional mono wireless headset designed to provide reliable voice communication and flexible mobility for business users, office workers, hybrid employees and customer-facing teams. The 77Y96AA package includes the Voyager 4310 wireless headset, a Poly BT700 USB-C Bluetooth adapter, desktop charging stand, USB-C charging cable and travel pouch.
The headset uses Bluetooth 5.1 wireless technology and provides a wireless range of up to 50 metres / 164 feet with the included BT700 adapter. This allows users to move away from their workstation while maintaining their connection to a compatible computer.
For extended working sessions, the rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 24 hours of talk time with the online indicator switched off. Battery performance can reach up to 18 hours of talk time with the online indicator enabled, up to 47 hours of music playback and up to 50 days of standby time.
The Voyager 4310 incorporates Acoustic Fence microphone noise-cancellation technology to help reduce unwanted background noise during calls. This is particularly useful in open offices, shared workspaces and other environments where background conversations can affect call clarity.
The headset features a 32mm speaker with a 20Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. It also supports Dynamic EQ optimization and provides audio performance suitable for both voice communications and multimedia use.
The included BT700 USB-C Bluetooth adapter provides convenient PC connectivity, while the headset can also connect to compatible smartphones using Bluetooth. The Voyager 4310 supports multiple Bluetooth profiles including A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP.
The desktop charging stand provides a convenient way to recharge the headset when it is not being used. The headset can also operate in corded USB audio mode, providing an alternative when extended battery operation is required.
An integrated on-call indicator provides a visual signal to people nearby when the user is on a call. Physical controls provide convenient access to power, call answer/end, mute, volume and Bluetooth pairing functions.
For hearing protection, Poly incorporates SoundGuard Digital technology. The headset is also designed for business environments and supports Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices.
