The Poly Voyager 4310-M is a professional mono wireless headset designed for modern business communication, hybrid working and office environments. The 77Y97AA package combines the Voyager 4310-M headset with a BT700 USB Bluetooth adapter and desktop charging stand, providing a complete wireless communication solution for compatible PCs and mobile devices.

As a Microsoft Teams Certified headset, the Voyager 4310-M is optimized for Microsoft Teams environments and includes dedicated functionality for accessing the Teams application. This makes it particularly suitable for organizations using Microsoft Teams as their primary collaboration and communication platform.

The included BT700 USB adapter provides Bluetooth connectivity to compatible computers, while the headset can also connect to smartphones and other supported Bluetooth devices. The headset supports up to eight paired devices, providing flexibility for users who work across multiple systems.

With a wireless range of up to 50 metres / 164 feet, users can move away from their desk while remaining connected. The Voyager 4310-M also supports up to 24 hours of talk time with the online indicator switched off, making it suitable for extended working days.

The rechargeable lithium-ion battery can provide up to 18 hours of talk time with the online indicator enabled, up to 47 hours of music playback and up to 50 days of standby time. The included desktop charging stand provides a convenient way to keep the headset charged between calls.

For improved call clarity, the Voyager 4310-M uses Acoustic Fence microphone noise-cancellation technology. The dual-microphone system is designed to reduce unwanted background noise, helping the user’s voice remain clearer in shared offices and other busy environments.

The headset uses a 32mm speaker with a 20Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. Physical controls provide access to call answer/end, mute, volume, power and Bluetooth pairing functions.

An integrated on-call indicator provides a visible signal on the ear cup when the user is on a call, helping colleagues recognize when the user is unavailable for conversation.

The Voyager 4310-M also supports corded USB audio mode, allowing users to continue using the headset through a USB connection when required. SoundGuard Digital technology provides additional acoustic protection for professional users.
