Poly EncorePro 310 Monaural USB-A Headset TAA – 767G1AA
The Poly EncorePro 310 Monaural USB-A Headset TAA (767G1AA) is a professional wired headset designed for contact centres, customer service operations, office environments and PC-based voice communications. It combines a monaural on-ear design, noise-cancelling microphone, USB-A connectivity and integrated call controls in a lightweight configuration suited to extended professional use.
The headset incorporates a flexible noise-cancelling microphone designed to help reduce unwanted background noise and improve voice clarity during calls. The microphone provides a frequency bandwidth of 35Hz–21kHz, sensitivity of -38 ±3dB and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 53dB.
The microphone is mounted on a 290° rotating boom with a 135mm boom length. The flexible design allows the microphone to be positioned conveniently for different users while maintaining a professional appearance and practical range of movement during calls.
The monaural on-ear configuration places audio over one ear, allowing users to remain more aware of their surrounding environment while communicating. The headset uses a 30mm speaker with a 20Hz–10kHz speaker bandwidth and 32-ohm impedance, providing audio characteristics suited to professional voice communication.
The headset connects directly through USB Type-A and includes integrated inline controls. Users can access call answer/end, mute and volume adjustment functions directly from the control interface, helping simplify everyday call management without requiring frequent interaction with the connected computer.
For acoustic protection, the headset incorporates SoundGuard Digital. This technology provides additional acoustic protection while maintaining natural-sounding speech, making the headset suitable for environments where users may spend extended periods handling calls.
The headset also provides a voice-optimized frequency response designed to improve the clarity and accuracy of conversations. This is particularly useful for contact-centre and customer-service applications where speech intelligibility is a key requirement.
The fold-flat ear cushion allows the headset to rest around the user’s neck between calls while providing a convenient storage configuration. Foam padding supports comfort during extended use, while the black finish provides a professional appearance for office and contact-centre environments.
The headset uses a 2.19m USB-A cable, providing suitable reach for typical desktop workstation configurations. The product has an approximate weight of 105g and dimensions of approximately 11.1 × 14.9 × 6.7cm.
The Poly EncorePro 310 Monaural USB-A Headset TAA is compatible with PCs through its USB Type-A connection and supports Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS. Poly Lens management software is supported for compatible device management and configuration.
The 767G1AA configuration is specifically identified as the Poly EncorePro 310 Monaural USB-A Headset TAA. TAA compliance makes this configuration suitable for procurement environments where Trade Agreements Act requirements apply. The headset is also CE compliant.
The Poly EncorePro 310 Monaural USB-A Headset TAA is supplied with a user guide and headset and is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
