The Poly EncorePro 715 is a professional monoaural digital headset designed for contact centers, customer service operations and business communication environments. The 783N5AA combines clear wideband audio, a noise-canceling microphone and flexible USB connectivity in a lightweight design.
The monoaural on-ear configuration allows users to keep one ear open to their surroundings while communicating with customers and colleagues. The 28mm speaker delivers a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth suitable for professional voice communication.
The headset incorporates a noise-canceling microphone designed to reduce unwanted background noise and improve voice clarity. The extendable boom measures 120–145mm and rotates through 290°, allowing users to position the microphone accurately for effective voice pickup.
One of the key features of the EncorePro 715 is its connection flexibility. The same cable incorporates both USB Type-A and USB Type-C connectors, allowing the headset to connect directly to PCs with either connector type without requiring a separate adapter.
Integrated controls provide convenient access to call answer/end, mute and volume adjustment, allowing users to manage calls without relying exclusively on their computer.
