Poly EncorePro 720D Binaural Digital Headset TAA – 783N4AA
The Poly EncorePro 720D is a professional binaural digital headset designed for contact centers and business communication environments where clear, reliable voice communication is essential. The 783N4AA combines stereo audio, a noise-canceling microphone, wideband audio and Poly Quick Disconnect technology in a lightweight design.
The dual-ear on-ear stereo design helps users focus on conversations by providing audio to both ears. The 28mm speakers support a 150Hz–6.8kHz speaker bandwidth, making the headset suitable for voice communications and contact center applications.
The headset features a noise-canceling microphone designed to reduce unwanted background sounds. Its unique boom arm stays clear of the user’s peripheral vision while the extendable 120–145mm boom allows precise microphone positioning.
The microphone boom can rotate through 290°, allowing users to position the microphone accurately according to their preferred wearing orientation. The microphone supports a 100Hz–6.8kHz bandwidth for business voice communication.
Poly Quick Disconnect (QD) technology allows users to disconnect from their computer or communication adapter quickly while leaving the headset in place. The QD connection is compatible with Poly QD adapters, allowing the headset to be integrated with suitable communication systems.
The EncorePro 720D uses a lightweight construction weighing just 78g. Premium nylon composite materials and artificial leather ear cushions provide a combination of durability and comfort for extended use.
SoundGuard acoustic protection technology is built into the headset to help protect users against acoustic shock by limiting excessive sound levels. This is particularly relevant for contact center environments where users may spend many hours handling calls.
The headset is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS when used with an appropriate compatible QD adapter or communication interface.
