APC NetBotz Room Monitor 755 (NBWL0755)

The APC NetBotz Room Monitor 755 (NBWL0755) is a wall-mounted security and environmental monitoring appliance designed for IT environments where dedicated rack space is unavailable. It combines physical surveillance, environmental sensing, access control and advanced alerting in a single monitoring platform for data centers, edge computing sites, server rooms and other critical IT environments.

The NetBotz 755 provides integrated surveillance and environmental monitoring to help protect IT infrastructure against conditions that can lead to equipment damage, service interruption or downtime. The system can monitor environmental threats such as overheating, humidity, fluid or water leaks, and fire or smoke risks, allowing administrators to respond to potentially harmful conditions.

The appliance supports up to 4 HD cameras, enabling video surveillance of the monitored environment. Camera support can be combined with configurable alerts and monitoring capabilities to provide greater visibility into physical security events and activity around critical IT infrastructure.

The NBWL0755 supports up to 16 wired sensors and 47 wireless sensors. Compatible sensors can be used to monitor conditions including temperature, humidity, smoke, door status, vibration and fluid leaks, providing flexible environmental and physical monitoring for different installation requirements.

The NetBotz 755 also supports badged access control for up to 2 rack doors. This capability helps organizations monitor and control physical access to critical rack infrastructure while providing additional visibility into access events.

The appliance includes an integrated temperature and humidity sensor and provides connectivity for additional NetBotz sensors and expansion pods. Its flexible sensor architecture allows the monitoring system to be expanded according to the environmental and security requirements of the installation.

The NBWL0755 provides a 10/100/1000 Base-T network connection for network-based monitoring and management. It supports secure access through a web browser, Command Line Interface and SNMP, allowing administrators to monitor the appliance and integrate it with existing infrastructure-management environments.

The NetBotz 755 supports EcoStruxure IT and integrates with Data Center Expert, IT Expert and IT Advisor software solutions. These integrations allow organizations to consolidate monitoring information, configure alerts and improve visibility across distributed IT and data center environments.

The appliance supports configurable alarming and notifications for monitored conditions. This helps administrators identify abnormal environmental or security events quickly and take appropriate action before conditions develop into more serious infrastructure problems.

The NBWL0755 is designed as a wall-mounted solution, making it particularly useful for edge computing locations, server rooms, network closets and other IT environments where conventional rack-mounted monitoring equipment may not be practical.
