The Jabra BIZ 2400 II Mono USB Headset (2496-829-309) is a professional wired mono headset designed for contact centres, customer service operations, office environments and Unified Communications applications. It combines professional voice communication with durable construction, flexible wearing options and convenient USB-based call controls, making it suitable for users who spend extended periods handling calls.

The headset uses a noise-cancelling, unidirectional microphone designed to reduce surrounding background noise and focus on the user’s voice. The microphone provides a frequency range of approximately 101Hz–8kHz and is optimised for clear voice communication in professional calling environments.

The microphone is mounted on a flexible 360° FreeSpin™ boom arm, allowing the boom to be positioned conveniently around the headset. The flexible design helps users position the microphone close to the mouth while maintaining freedom of movement during extended calls.

The mono headset provides a 3-in-1 wearing configuration, allowing users to select a headband, ear hook or neckband. This flexibility enables the headset to be adapted to different workplace requirements and individual wearing preferences. The headset incorporates a Kevlar®-reinforced cable designed to provide enhanced resistance to everyday strain and bending. The reinforced cable, durable construction and flexible boom make the BIZ 2400 II suitable for professional contact-centre deployments where equipment may be used intensively throughout the working day.
