The Poly Voyager 4310-M Microsoft Teams Certified Headset + BT700 USB-A Adapter + Charging Stand (77Y93AA) is a professional monaural wireless headset built for users who need reliable voice communication and freedom of movement throughout the working day. It combines Bluetooth connectivity, Microsoft Teams certification, Acoustic Fence microphone technology and a dedicated charging stand.
The headset uses a noise-cancelling microphone with Acoustic Fence technology to reduce distracting background sounds and help focus voice pickup on the speaker. This makes the Voyager 4310-M well suited to open offices, shared workspaces and home offices.
A 32mm speaker provides a 20Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth for clear voice communication and multimedia playback. The monaural on-ear configuration leaves one ear open, helping users remain aware of their surroundings while participating in calls.
The headset incorporates SoundGuard Digital acoustic protection. Voice alerts can communicate headset conditions such as mute status, connection status, talk time and low battery. An on-call indicator flashes on the ear cup during calls, providing a visual signal to people nearby that the user is busy.
The included Poly BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter provides convenient wireless connectivity to compatible PCs. The headset can also connect to smartphones through Bluetooth. Bluetooth 5.1 supports A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP profiles.
The Voyager 4310-M offers up to 50 metres of wireless range. It can also operate in corded USB audio mode, allowing users to continue using the headset while connected by USB and helping extend effective battery availability.
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 24 hours of talk time with the online indicator switched off. With the online indicator enabled, talk time is up to 18 hours. Music playback can reach up to 47 hours, while standby time can reach up to 50 days.
The included desktop charging stand provides a dedicated location for storing and charging the headset. Charging takes less than 1.6 hours. The headset can also be charged using the included USB Type-A charging cable.
Controls include call answer/end, mute, volume adjustment, power and Bluetooth pairing. The Microsoft Teams version provides a dedicated Teams button for convenient access to the Teams application.
The 77Y93AA is Microsoft Teams certified and Microsoft Teams Open Office certified. Poly Lens provides cloud-based device-management capabilities for supported IT deployments.
The headset is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10, macOS, Android and iOS. It features a black finish, weighs approximately 122g and measures 155 × 67 × 166mm.
The package includes the Voyager 4310-M wireless headset, BT700 Bluetooth USB adapter, desktop charging stand, USB Type-A charging cable, travel pouch and quick start guide. The product is covered by a Poly standard two-year limited warranty.
