The Poly Sync 40+ Microsoft Teams Certified Speakerphone (77P36AA) is a professional smart speakerphone designed for flexible workspaces, huddle rooms and small meeting environments. It combines a three-microphone steerable array, full-duplex audio, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-A/USB-C connectivity and a rechargeable battery in a portable design.

The integrated three-microphone steerable array is designed to focus on voices while helping reduce surrounding noise and distractions. The microphone system provides a 100Hz–6.7kHz bandwidth and up to 2.5 metres of microphone pickup, making the speakerphone suitable for meeting rooms of up to 4 × 4 metres.

Full-duplex audio allows participants to speak and be heard simultaneously, helping conversations remain natural when people talk over one another. Noise and echo reduction further help minimise unwanted background noise and acoustic interference during meetings.

The Poly Sync 40+ features a 50mm high-performance speaker with a 75Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. Its bass-reflex system with dual passive radiators is designed to provide natural voice reproduction and deeper bass for conference calls, presentations and multimedia playback.

The 77P36AA provides flexible wired and wireless connectivity. A combined USB-A/USB-C connection can be used for wired PC connectivity, while the included Poly BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter enables wireless connection to a compatible PC. Smartphones and other compatible devices can connect directly through Bluetooth.

Bluetooth 5.1 provides a wireless range of up to 30 metres and supports up to eight paired devices. Supported Bluetooth profiles include A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP and BLE.

The integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 30 hours of talk time. Charging takes less than five hours, allowing the speakerphone to operate wirelessly throughout extended working periods.

For larger meeting spaces, two Poly Sync 40+ units can be wirelessly daisy chained. This allows the audio coverage to be expanded without requiring a wired connection between the two speakerphones.

The speakerphone features two highly visible status light bars that provide 360-degree call-status visibility. Touch controls provide access to call answer/end, mute, volume, Bluetooth pairing and Microsoft Teams functions, while a programmable function button adds further flexibility.

The Poly Sync 40+ is Microsoft Teams certified, providing dedicated Teams controls for compatible deployments. It also supports Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS, while Poly Lens provides supported device-management capabilities for IT administrators.

The speakerphone features an IP64-rated design and a silver finish. Its dimensions are approximately 3.8 × 10.2 × 27.3cm, with a weight of approximately 0.61kg.
