The Poly Sync 20+ Microsoft Teams Certified USB-C Speakerphone (772D1AA) is a professional portable speakerphone designed for clear and natural communication during conference calls, Microsoft Teams meetings and hybrid collaboration. It combines a three-microphone steerable array, full-duplex audio, noise and echo reduction, a 40mm speaker, USB Type-C connectivity and Bluetooth in a compact design.

The integrated three-microphone steerable array is designed to focus on the user’s voice while helping reduce surrounding noise and distractions. The microphone system provides a bandwidth of 100Hz–6.7kHz and up to 2 metres of microphone pickup, making the speakerphone suitable for small meeting spaces and personal workstations.

Full-duplex audio allows participants to speak and be heard simultaneously, helping conversations remain natural when multiple people speak. Noise and echo reduction technology helps minimise unwanted background noise and acoustic interference for clearer communication.

The Poly Sync 20+ uses a 40mm speaker with an 80Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. Its bass-reflex design with dual passive radiators helps deliver fuller audio reproduction, making voices clear while also supporting music and multimedia playback.

The speakerphone supports USB Type-C and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. The USB Type-C connection provides wired PC connectivity, while Bluetooth enables wireless connections with smartphones and other compatible devices. The included BT700 Bluetooth USB adapter provides wireless PC connectivity through compatible USB connections.

Bluetooth provides a wireless range of up to 30 metres and supports up to ten paired devices. Supported Bluetooth profiles include A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP and BLE.

The integrated rechargeable Li-ion battery provides up to 20 hours of talk time. This allows the Poly Sync 20+ to operate wirelessly throughout a full working day without requiring continuous connection to a power source. Full charging takes less than four hours.
