The Poly Voyager 4320 USB-C Wireless Stereo Headset (76U50AA) is a professional wireless headset from the Voyager 4300 UC Series, designed for Unified Communications, office environments, remote workers and business users. It combines stereo Bluetooth audio, an included BT700 USB Type-C Bluetooth adapter, Acoustic Fence noise-cancelling technology and extended battery life in a comfortable over-the-head design.

The headset provides Bluetooth wireless connectivity together with the included BT700 USB Type-C adapter for connection to compatible computers. It can also connect to compatible smartphones and mobile devices through Bluetooth, allowing users to move between PC and mobile communications without changing headsets. The headset supports multi-connect functionality and up to eight paired devices.

The included BT700 Bluetooth Type-C adapter provides a convenient wireless connection for compatible computers. Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity supports profiles including A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP, providing compatibility for music playback as well as professional voice communications.

For professional voice communication, the headset uses dual microphones with Acoustic Fence technology. The microphone system is designed to reduce unwanted background noise and help focus conversations on the user’s voice. The microphone bandwidth is 100Hz–6.8kHz, providing a voice-focused frequency range for business calls.

The stereo audio system uses 32mm speakers with a 20Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. The binaural on-ear design delivers audio to both ears, making the headset suitable for voice calls, collaboration, meetings and general multimedia use in office and remote-work environments.

For acoustic protection, the headset incorporates SoundGuard Digital. The technology is designed to protect against acoustic shock by limiting sounds below 118dBA, with additional protection features available when supported through Poly Lens.

The Voyager 4320 provides up to 24 hours of wireless talk time with the integrated online indicator turned off. Talk time is up to 18 hours with the online indicator enabled, while listening time can reach up to 47 hours. Standby time can reach up to 50 days, and the rechargeable lithium-ion battery requires less than 1.6 hours to charge.

The headset includes an on-call indicator that provides a visual cue to people nearby when the user is on a call. This is particularly useful in shared offices and open-plan workspaces where users need to indicate that they are currently engaged in a conversation.

Integrated user controls provide access to power on/off, call answer/end, mute, volume adjustment and Bluetooth pairing. The headset also supports corded USB audio mode, allowing users to connect by cable when required and conserve wireless battery power.

The wireless range is specified at up to 50 metres / 164 feet with the included BT700 adapter. When used with a compatible Voyager Office base, the wireless range can extend up to 91 metres. Actual wireless performance can vary depending on environmental conditions and connected equipment.

The Poly Voyager 4320 UC supports Windows 10 and macOS according to the official specification. Poly Lens management software provides supported device management and configuration capabilities. The headset is certified for compatible collaboration software including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

The 76U50AA configuration includes the wireless headset, BT700 USB Type-C Bluetooth adapter, USB Type-C charging cable, travel pouch, charging stand and quick start guide. The headset has a black finish and dimensions of approximately 15.5 × 6.7 × 18.2cm.
