The Poly Sync 60 Smart Conference Speakerphone (772C2AA) is a professional conference-room speakerphone designed to provide clear, powerful and natural audio for meetings, collaboration and hybrid working environments. It combines a six-microphone steerable array, full-duplex audio, noise and echo reduction, dual 50mm speakers and flexible wired and wireless connectivity in a single conference-room solution.

The speakerphone features a six-microphone steerable array designed to focus on participants’ voices while helping reduce surrounding noise and distractions. The microphone system provides a bandwidth of 100Hz–6.7kHz, with a sensitivity of -45 ±3dB and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 55dB.

Full-duplex audio allows participants to speak and be heard simultaneously, helping conversations feel more natural during meetings. This is supported by integrated noise and echo reduction technology that helps maintain clear communication when multiple people are speaking in a conference-room environment.

The Poly Sync 60 uses adaptive gain control to help maintain a consistent voice level even when speakers are positioned at different distances from the unit. This helps remote participants hear people more consistently without repeatedly adjusting their volume during meetings.

For playback, the speakerphone incorporates two 50mm speakers with a 75Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. Its bass-reflex design with dual passive radiators is engineered to provide natural voice reproduction and deeper bass, delivering a fuller audio experience for conference calls and multimedia content.

The Poly Sync 60 supports both wired and wireless connectivity. Users can connect to compatible PCs using a USB Type-A cable or USB Type-A/C adapter, while smartphones and other supported devices can connect through Bluetooth 5.1. Supported Bluetooth profiles include A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP and BLE.

The wireless range is specified at up to 30 metres, providing flexibility for users who need to move around a meeting space while remaining connected. The speakerphone also supports wireless daisy chaining, allowing compatible Poly devices to be linked for expanded meeting-room audio coverage.

Two highly visible status light bars provide 360-degree call-status indication, making it easy for participants to see when the speakerphone is in use, muted or pairing. The unit is designed for conference rooms of approximately 5 × 5 metres and provides up to a 3-metre microphone pickup range.

For IT administration, the Poly Lens platform provides remote device management capabilities, including supported inventory tracking, configuration and updates. This allows IT teams to manage compatible Poly devices across professional deployments more efficiently.

The Poly Sync 60 is Zoom certified and Google Meet certified, making it suitable for modern virtual meeting and collaboration environments. The device is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS.
