The Poly Sync 40 Microsoft Teams Certified Speakerphone (77P35AA) is a professional USB and Bluetooth smart speakerphone designed for flexible workspaces, huddle rooms and small meeting environments. It combines a three-microphone steerable array, full-duplex audio, a 50mm speaker, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB-A/USB-C connectivity in a portable wireless design.

The integrated three-microphone steerable array is designed to focus on the user’s voice while helping reduce surrounding noise and distractions. The microphone system provides a 100Hz–7.8kHz bandwidth and up to 2.5 metres of microphone pickup, making the device suitable for meeting rooms of up to 4 × 4 metres.

Full-duplex audio enables participants to speak and be heard simultaneously, helping conversations remain natural even when people talk over one another. The audio system also uses noise and echo reduction to help keep unwanted acoustic interference out of meetings.

The Poly Sync 40 features a 50mm speaker with a 75Hz–20kHz speaker bandwidth. Its bass-reflex system with dual passive radiators helps deliver natural voice reproduction and deeper bass for calls, presentations and multimedia playback.

The speakerphone provides flexible connectivity through USB Type-A, USB Type-C and Bluetooth 5.1. PCs can connect through the combined USB-A/USB-C cable, while smartphones and compatible devices can connect wirelessly through Bluetooth.

Bluetooth provides a wireless range of up to 30 metres and supports up to eight paired devices. Supported Bluetooth profiles include A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP and BLE.

The integrated rechargeable Li-ion battery provides up to 30 hours of talk time. Charging takes less than five hours, allowing the speakerphone to be used wirelessly throughout extended working periods.

For larger meeting spaces, two Poly Sync 40 units can be wirelessly daisy chained. This allows the audio coverage to be expanded without requiring additional wired connections between the speakerphones.

The touch interface provides convenient access to call answer/end, mute, volume, Bluetooth pairing and Microsoft Teams controls. A programmable function button provides additional flexibility, while physical controls are available for power and wireless daisy chaining.

The Poly Sync 40 is Microsoft Teams certified and supports Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS. Poly Lens provides supported remote device-management and inventory capabilities for IT administrators.

The speakerphone features an IP64-rated design and a silver finish. Its dimensions are approximately 3.8 × 10.2 × 27.3cm, while the device weighs approximately 0.61kg.
