The Poly HL10 Handset Lifter with Straight Plug TAA (784Q2AA) is a compact accessory designed to provide remote handset control when used with compatible Poly wireless headsets and desk phones. It enables users to answer incoming desk-phone calls remotely, helping improve mobility and hands-free productivity in professional work environments.
The HL10 provides one-button remote call answering by automatically lifting the telephone handset from the desk-phone cradle. When the call is finished, the lifter can return the handset to the cradle, allowing users to manage calls without physically operating the desk phone.
The handset lifter also works with compatible Poly wireless headsets to provide incoming call notification, allowing users to know when a desk-phone call is received even when they are away from their workstation.
A standalone microphone is included to support desk-phone models with a remote speaker. This helps extend compatibility across supported desk-phone configurations while maintaining the remote call-control functionality of the HL10.
The 784Q2AA is designed as an accessory for Poly wireless headset deployments and is compatible with almost all Poly desk phones. Manufacturer-listed compatible wireless headsets include selected Poly Savi models.
With a compact design and listed weight of approximately 0.05 kg (50g), the HL10 can be deployed at individual workstations without adding significant bulk to the desk setup.
