The Poly EncorePro 320 Stereo USB-A Headset TAA (767G0AA) is a professional wired stereo headset designed for contact centres, customer service operations, office environments and PC-based voice communications. It combines stereo on-ear audio, a flexible noise-cancelling microphone, USB-A connectivity and convenient inline controls in a durable design suited to extended professional use.

The headset uses a noise-cancelling microphone designed to help reduce unwanted background noise and improve voice clarity during calls. The microphone provides a bandwidth of 35Hz–21kHz, a sensitivity of -38 ±3dB and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 53dB. The microphone boom rotates through approximately 290°, allowing flexible positioning for different users.

Audio is delivered through stereo on-ear speakers with a 20Hz–10kHz speaker bandwidth and 32-ohm impedance. The stereo configuration provides clear audio for professional conversations while also supporting general multimedia playback.
