Its binaural stereo configuration, flexible noise-cancelling microphone and voice-optimised audio make it suitable for customer service agents, call centres and business communications.
The headset features a noise-cancelling microphone designed to reduce unwanted background noise and support clearer voice communication. The microphone uses a flexible boom that can be adjusted to an appropriate position for voice pickup. HP specifies a microphone frequency response of 200Hz–6.8kHz.
The 30mm stereo speakers provide a voice-focused audio experience with a specified speaker bandwidth of 200Hz–6.8kHz. The binaural design delivers audio to both ears, helping users concentrate on conversations in busy contact-centre environments.
