Its monaural configuration, noise-cancelling microphone, voice-optimised audio and acoustic protection make it suitable for extended call-handling environments.
The headset uses a noise-cancelling microphone designed to help reduce background buzz and nearby conversations, supporting clearer communication with customers and colleagues. The flexible boom measures 135mm and can rotate through 290 degrees, allowing users to position the microphone appropriately for voice pickup.
The 30mm speaker provides a voice-focused audio experience with a specified speaker bandwidth of 150Hz–6.8kHz. The monaural design delivers audio to one ear, allowing users to remain aware of their surrounding environment while handling calls.
SoundGuard acoustic limiting technology helps protect users against acoustic shock by limiting sound levels to below 118dBA. This provides additional hearing protection for professionals who spend significant amounts of time on calls.
The EncorePro 310 uses a Quick Disconnect (QD) connection for flexible deployment with supported Poly QD adapters and compatible desk-phone or PC configurations.
